At Haven Audio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sound experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Carefully pack your audio gear in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
